I’m Alyx Gold, a speaker, life coach, and social worker who spent 15 years in survival-mode before rebuilding a life rooted in purpose, healing, and radical self-worth.
After surviving trauma, abuse, heroin addiction, and homelessness, I found recovery, and a calling. That calling multiplied after the heartbreaking loss of my brother to overdose, during my second year clean. My mission now is to help others not only survive what they’ve been through, but transform because of it.
